AJ and Tom showed up on time. They were very professional explaining the plan of work and executing it. They’ve listened feedback and concerns I had, addressing them as the job was being done. Overall, I’m satisfied with their work and recommend them.

Koala Cooling goes above and beyond for their customers. I’ve had a lot of problems as I moved into a new condo and they’ve handled them all while putting up with my nonsense behavior. The team from the office staff Mia, Renee, and Scott are awesome and Isaiah is an amazing Tech. They’ve really helped me through some bad times as I’m moving into a new place that has a lot of HVAC issues. I’m very grateful for their service, This is a great company that I highly recommend.

Evan was very thorough during his maintenance visit. He took the time to explain regular care of the system and answered all my questions. Both condensate drain lines had difficult clogs and he made sure to clear them properly and clear them well. Appreciate the patience he exhibited during the visit.
