  An amazon warehouse employee by the name of Jose that works with the Flex drivers will hold the ID cards for black drivers while checking in Hispanic drivers first. When I went to pick up a cart for my route. I spoke with two other employees to make a complaint; the other employees said his name was Sterling and came to find out it was Jose! He then approached me in a very aggressive manner and said since I want to make a complaint against him, then he will "PUT A TICKET ON ME"! For the past few days, I have been trying to find an avenue to address this issue but with no results. So, this is the way I have to escalate the complaint.

  Yet another delivery to get dropped off to the wrong house. I know its not the stations fault yet Amazon doesn't have a way to hold their Flex drivers accountable and its sad to see this continuously happen, they genuinely didn't even try to deliver it to the right place

  I live in Leander TX. Generally the daily truck drivers do a good job of delivery at my gated driveway entrance. However this past week the very young early morn driver left an item in a paper package in the pouring rain in the exact middle of the driveway in front of the gate just waiting to be run over as has happened in the past. Again usually maybe not every time the daily truck drivers leave off to the side of gate and in bad weather with a plastic outer bag. Morning kids are just plain clueless.

  Just waiting for my PS5 silent Hill townfall game I just ordered from the Amazon website it won't be until September 28th but I don't know what time it will be here at my house

  The staff is so lazy. Spend more than our just to check-in. Why would you make an appointment when noone is present
